The thirty-ninth Moon Prize goes to Oonah V Joslin's story "Living a Lie." So few words, so much story. Happy full moon and happy 50th anniversary of the Apollo adventure to all.

Living a Lie

by Oonah V Joslin

Catherine did her hair a bit. Hoped he wouldn’t be late again. She smoothed her dress and the dog nuzzled her.
“Down, Roger. Go wait for daddy.”
Roger lay with his big head on his paws. Same routine every night. Later she’d hug him and cry.
